At Infrared Heating Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your heating solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the infrared unit in its original packaging with all manuals and mounting hardware included to ensure safe transit and full credit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
